  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2-3 years related work experience
  • Must be able to analyze efficiently and exercise fair judgment
  • Must be able to accurately determine red flags and/or suspicious activities (fraud)
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Must be able to relay reports in an organized manner
  • Must have good writing and oral communication skills
  • Displays a positive work attitude, initiative and willingness to learn
  • Fast learner and goal-oriented
  • Must be Customer Oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
  • 25 - 35 years of age
